(1)The Office of the Attorney General shall periodically make information available to
consumer reporting agencies regarding the amount of overdue support owed by a
parent. Amounts may be reported by the office to the certified consumer reporting
agency.
(2)The Office of the Attorney General shall provide advance notice to the obligor
concerning the proposed release of the information to the certified consumer
reporting agency and inform the obligor of the methods available to contest the
accuracy of the information in compliance with due process of law.
(3)The Office of the Attorney General may charge the certified consumer reporting
agency a fee not to exceed the actual cost of providing the information.
