For purposes of KRS 15.800 to 15.876, KRS Chapter 403, and KRS Chapter 407, the Circuit Court and the District Court shall have concurrent jurisdiction to establish, modify, and enforce obligations of child support in cases where the determination of paternity is not an issue, except that the jurisdiction of the District Court in cases not involving the determination of paternity shall be limited to those cases where there is no Circuit Court order of this state previously setting child support.
