80-2019. Revenue bonds; maturity; interest. Any revenue bonds issued under the terms of this act shall mature serially or otherwise within a maximum period of forty
(40)years from the date of issue, and shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed the maximum rate of interest prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009 , and the provisions of K.S.A. 10-112 and K.S.A. 10-113 shall not apply to revenue bonds issued under the provisions of this act.
