25-2305. Same; items to be included. The registration books shall contain the following information as to each voter who is registered: Name, date of registration and residence. Residence shall be specified by number and street, if any, and otherwise in such appropriate form as is determined by the county election officer in accordance with applicable rules and regulations of the secretary of state. If the person registered is under the age of eighteen
(18)years at the time of registration, the registration books shall temporarily show the date when such person will reach the age of eighteen
