Sec. 130. District enlarged. As of July 9, 1951, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows:
All of Sections Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8), Township Thirty-seven
(37)North, Range Thirteen
(13)East of the Third Principal Meridian, except parts of said Sections as follows: The Southeast Quarter (S.E.1/4) of said Section Five (5), the East Three-Quarters (E.3/4) of the East Half (E.1/2) and the south six hundred and sixty
(660)feet of the Southwest Quarter (S.W.1/4) of said Section Eight (8), and the south six hundred and sixty
(660)feet lying east of the Southwest Highway of said Section Seven, (7), situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois.
