Sec. 128. District enlarged. As of July 1, 1951, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows:
The north half of Section 5 in Palos Township, being Township 37 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian, and those portions of the following sections in Lyons Township, being Township 38 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows:
The south half of Section 32 and that portion of the northeast quarter thereof lying southeasterly of the right of way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company (formerly Chicago, St. Louis and Western railroad) except the part lying southeasterly of a straight line extending from a point in the east line of said Section 32, twenty-two hundred
(2200)feet south of the northeast corner thereof to a point in the south line of said northeast quarter of Section 32, twenty-two hundred and fifty
(2250)feet east of the center of said Section 32; the south half of Section 33 and that part of the northeast quarter thereof lying southeasterly of the southeasterly side of the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal; the northwest quarter of Section 34; and that part of the Southwest quarter of Section 27 lying southeasterly of the right of way of the Gulf, Mobile and Ohio Railroad Company, (formerly Chicago and Alton Railroad) and southwesterly of the center line of La Grange Road, all situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois.
