Sec. 8.46. Exempt mandate.
(a)Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by 102-707, 102-764, 102-806, 102-811, 102-836, 102-856, 102-857, 102-884, 102-943, 102-1061, 102-1064, 102-1088, or 102-1131.
(b)Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by the Decennial Committees on Local Government Efficiency Act.
