Sec. 8.45. Exempt mandate. Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 102-16, 102-63, 102-81, 102-91, 102-97, 102-113, 102-125, 102-202, 102-210, 102-263, 102-265, 102-293, 102-342, 102-466, 102-540, 102-552, 102-636, or 102-822.
