Sec. 5a. The State of Illinois does hereby
(1)accept the provisions and benefits of the act of Congress entitled the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act,
(2)designate the State Treasurer as custodian of all moneys received by the State from appropriations made by the Congress of the United States for comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services and related services for persons with one or more disabilities, to be kept in a fund to be known as the Vocational Rehabilitation Fund, and authorize the State treasurer to make disbursements therefrom upon the order of the Department, and
(3)empower and direct the Department to cooperate with the federal government in carrying out the provisions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
