§841-11 Witness fees and mileage; expenses. Every witness attending upon any coroner's inquest shall be paid $1 for each day's actual attendance, and traveling expenses at the rate of 10 cents a mile each way. The fees and mileage of witnesses and all reasonable expenses of the inquisition shall be paid by the county in which the inquest is held.
