[§392-49] Insolvency of employer not to release insurer. Every policy and contract of insurance issued for the purposes of this chapter shall contain a provision to the effect that the insolvency or bankruptcy of the employer and the employer's discharge therein shall not relieve the insurer from the payment of temporary disability benefits during the life of the policy or contract.
