[§480J-32] Exemptions; relation to other laws.
(a)This chapter shall not apply to the following:
(1)A financial institution;
(2)A nondepository financial services loan company;
(3)An "open end credit plan", as defined in the Truth in Lending Act, title 15 United States Code section 1602(j); or
(4)A tax refund anticipation loan.
(b)Persons licensed under this chapter shall not be subject to chapter 443B. [L 2021, c 56, pt of §2]
