[§ 323J-5] Prohibition on state action. The State shall not penalize, prosecute, or otherwise take adverse action against an individual based on the individual's actual, potential, perceived, or alleged pregnancy outcomes. The State shall not penalize, prosecute, or otherwise take adverse action against a person for aiding or assisting a pregnant individual accessing reproductive health care services in accordance with the laws of the State and with the pregnant individual's voluntary consent.
