The University of Connecticut shall establish a Center for Entrepreneurship. The purpose of the center shall be to train the next generation of entrepreneurs in an experiential manner that would assist businesses in the state today. This center shall
(1)develop an entrepreneurial program that trains faculty and student inventors in commercialization and business issues and that generates business opportunities;
(2)expand the accelerator program of the school of business to provide innovation services to technology-based companies using a proven model of faculty and students working with companies on real time solutions to the company's business problems; and
(3)establish an intellectual property law clinic, in conjunction with the law school.
