The Office of State Printing shall print the number of copies of the statutes of each session prepared at the direction of the Department of General Services that the Joint Rules Committee determines is necessary.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9768 or any other provision of law, printed copies of the statutes shall only be bound in the number determined by the Department of General Services to be necessary to meet the demand therefor.
