At the beginning of each volume of the statutes there shall be printed:
(a)The Constitution of the state.
(b)The name and place of residence of:
(1)The Governor.
(2)The Lieutenant Governor.
(3)The other executive officers of the state.
(4)The Senators and Members of the Assembly.
(5)The presiding officers of the Senate and Assembly.
(c)The certificate of the Secretary of State showing what acts, or sections or parts of acts of the Legislature are delayed from going into effect by a referendum petition properly certified and filed in his office.
(d)The certificate of the Secretary of State showing the result of all elections upon any initiative or referendum measures submitted to the electors of the state within the previous year.
(e)The text of all such initiative measures adopted by the electors.
