Section 319I of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 247d–7b ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking Not later than 12 months after the date of enactment of the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act, the Secretary shall link existing State verification systems to maintain a single national interoperable network of systems, and inserting The Secretary shall continue to maintain a single national interoperable network of verification systems, and in subsection (k), by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2025 and 2026, to remain available through December 31, 2026 .
