Section 319C–3 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 247d–3c ) is amended— in subsection (b)(3), by striking under the and all that follows through such Act) and inserting under law ; and in subsection (e)(2), by striking September 30, 2023 and inserting December 31, 2026 .
