Notwithstanding sections 101 and 106, section 1605 of title VI of division A of Public Law 119–4 shall be applied through the end of the last applicable pay period that commences in calendar year 2025 by substituting through the end of the last applicable pay period that commences in calendar year 2025 for through the date specified in section 1106 of this Act . Notwithstanding section 101, beginning on the first day of the applicable pay period beginning on or after January 1, 2026, section 1605 of title VI of division A of Public Law 119–4 shall be applied through the date specified in section 106(3) of this Act by—
(1)substituting the date specified in section 106(3) of this Act for the date specified in section 1106 of this Act ;
(2)not applying paragraph (1);
(3)substituting 2026 for 2025 in paragraph (2);
(4)substituting 2027 for 2026 in paragraph (3); and
(5)not applying paragraph (4).
