In addition to amounts otherwise provided by section 101 for Department of Justice—United States Marshals Service—Construction , there is appropriated $30,000,000, for an additional amount for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended, to support critical courthouse security renovations and upgrades in space that is controlled, occupied, or utilized by the United States Marshals Service, and to secure prisoner movement areas: That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 4001(a)(1) of S.
