Section 804 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 10 U.S.C. 4651 note prec.) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)— by striking not less than 50 percent and inserting majority ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking operates and inserting has fossil fuel business operations ; in subsection (b)(3), by inserting ", including by general license," after Department of the Treasury ; and in subsection (e)— in paragraph (2)— by redesignating clauses
