Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees, the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives a report on personnel matters of the Director's Initiatives Group. The report submitted pursuant to subsection
(a)shall include the following: The process for hiring members of the Director's Initiatives Group. A list of personnel of such group, from the date of the creation of the group, including a description of responsibilities for each of the personnel. Funding sources for personnel of such group. A list of which personnel of such group received security clearances and the process for receiving such security clearances. Not later than 30 days before taking any action affecting the resources of the National Intelligence Program (as defined in section 3 of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3003 )), the Director shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees, the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives notice of the intent of the Director to take such action.
