Section 805 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 10 U.S.C. 4651 note prec.) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking or at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: provide a grant, loan, or loan guarantee to an entity described in paragraph (2). ; and in subsection (b), by striking prohibition under subsection (a)(1)(B) and inserting prohibitions under subparagraphs

(B)and

(C)of subsection (a)(1) .
