Section 118 of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3055 ) is repealed. Section 507(a) of such Act ( 50 U.S.C. 3106(a) ) is amended— by striking paragraph (5); and by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (5). The amendments made by subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)shall take effect on December 31, 2026. Section 121 of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3061 ) is amended by striking subsection (c). Section 506B of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3098 ) is repealed. Subtitle D of title X of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3327 et seq. ) is amended— by striking section 1033; and by redesignating sections 1034 and 1035 as sections 1033 and 1034, respectively. Section 1102A(b)(1) of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3232a ) is amended by inserting for seven years after annually thereafter . Section 7507 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( 50 U.S.C. 3334s ) is amended by striking subsection (e). Section 6715 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (division F of Public Law 117–263 ; 136 Stat. 3572) is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsections
(d)and
(e)as subsections
(c)and (d), respectively. Section 833 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (division X of Public Law 117–103 ; 136 Stat. 1035) is repealed. Section 6705 of the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 ( 22 U.S.C. 9412 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking ; and and annual briefing by striking subsection (b). Section 6722 of the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 (division E of Public Law 116–92 ; 50 U.S.C. 3024 note) is repealed. Section 501 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (division N of Public Law 115–31 ; 50 U.S.C. 3001 note) is amended by striking subsection (h). Section 501 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (division M of Public Law 114–113 ) is repealed. Section 1242 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. ‘Buck’ McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3563) is repealed. Section 1019 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 ( 50 U.S.C. 3364 ) is amended by striking subsections
(c)and (d). Section 6312(d)(1) of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (division F of Public Law 117–263 ; 50 U.S.C. 3364 note) is amended by striking In conjunction with each briefing provided under section 1019(c) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 ( and inserting 50 U.S.C. 3364(c) ) Not later than February 1 each year . Section 108 of the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity (LIBERTAD) Act of 1996 ( Public Law 104–114 ; 22 U.S.C. 6038 ) is repealed.
