Sec. 6405. Termination of Office of Engagement

The Director of National Intelligence shall take such actions as may be necessary to terminate and wind down the operations of the Office of Engagement before the date specified in subsection (c). The National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3001 et seq. ) is further amended by striking section 122 ( 50 U.S.C. 3062 ). The amendment made by this subsection shall take effect on the date that is 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
