Section 561 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 10 U.S.C. 1781 note) is amended, in subsection (b)— by redesignating paragraphs
(4)through
(17)as paragraphs
(5)through (18), respectively; and by striking paragraphs
(2)and
(3)and inserting after paragraph
(1)the following new paragraphs: Health care. Maternal health care, including the following: A list of maternal health services furnished under TRICARE. A guide to continuity of such care through a permanent change of station. With regards to a pregnant member, relevant regulations, options for leave, and uniform resources and requirements. Death benefits and life insurance programs. .
