(d)of section 589 of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( 10 U.S.C. 1791 note) is amended by striking five years after and all that follows and inserting on December 31, 2029. . Subsection (c)(2) of such section is amended by striking 90 days after and inserting one year before .
