Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3558) is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking December 31, 2025 and inserting December 31, 2026 ; by striking subsection (g); by redesignating subsections

(o)as subsections
(g)through (n), respectively; in subsection (i)(1)(C), as redesignated, by striking subsection (l)(2) and inserting subsection (k)(2) ; in subsection (k)(2), as redesignated— in subparagraph (B)(ii), by striking subsection (j)(1)(C) and inserting subsection (i)(1)(C) ; and in subparagraph (C), by striking subsection

(j); in subsection (n)(6), as redesignated, by striking December 31, 2025 and inserting December 31, 2026 ; and by adding at the end the following: Funds made available to carry out this section may not be used to provide assistance pursuant to subsection (a)— to entities other than military or other security forces of or associated with the Government of Iraq, including Kurdish and tribal security forces, or other local security forces with a national security mission; to forces associated with any other government or nation; or to Iranian-aligned militias. .
