(b)of section 105 of the National Quantum Initiative Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8814a ) is amended— in paragraph (10), by striking and after the semicolon; by redesignating paragraph

(11)as paragraph (12); and by inserting after paragraph

(10)the following new paragraphs: the Department of Health and Human Services; .
