The Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish and implement a requirement for all immigration officers employed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to wear a standardized uniform when conducting a public immigration enforcement function (as such term is defined in section 287(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1357 )).
