Section 302 of the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1736f–1 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(2)(B)(i), by striking 2023 each place it appears and inserting 2031 ; in subsection (c)(1)(C), by striking the Administrator and inserting the Secretary ; by striking subsection (c)(1)(D); in subsection (f)(2)(A), by inserting by the Secretary after reimbursed ; and in subsection (h), in paragraph (1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2026 and inserting 2031 .
