Section 1110 of the Food Security Act of 1985 (commonly referred to as the Food for Progress Act of 1985 ; 7 U.S.C. 1736o ) is amended— in subsection (c)— by striking enter into and inserting annually enter into two or more ; and by inserting two or more before eligible entities ; in subsection (f)(3), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 ; in subsection (g), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 ; in subsection (k), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 ; in subsection (l)— in paragraph (1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 ; and in the heading of paragraph (4), by striking and inserting Humanitarian or development ;
