Section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A) ) is amended— in clause (viii), by striking for fiscal year 2025 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2025 and 2026 ; and in clause (ix), by striking October 1, 2025, and ending on January 30, 2026, an amount equal to the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for fiscal year 2025 and inserting October 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026, an amount equal to the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for fiscal year 2026 .
