Section 513 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 713 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)— in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking 2025, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on January 30, 2026 and inserting 2026, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026 ; and in subparagraph (B)(i), by striking fiscal years 2024 and 2025, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on January 30, 2026 and inserting fiscal years 2025 and 2026, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026 ; in subsection (c)(3), by striking 2026 and inserting 2027 ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2025, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on January 30, 2026, an amount equal to the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for the corresponding period for fiscal year 2025 and inserting 2026, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026, an amount equal to the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for the corresponding period for fiscal year 2026 .
