Of the funds provided in this Act under the heading under the heading Salaries and expenses under the heading Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service under title I of division B, $6,500,000 shall be for activities related to the suppression and control of Mormon crickets and grasshoppers in Western States, of which not less than $2,000,000 shall be for actual treatment of landscape.
