Sec. 313. Application of the Scholarships for Opportunity and Results Act

The Scholarships for Opportunity and Results Act (division C of Public Law 112–10 ; sec. 38–1853.01 et seq., D.C. Official Code) shall apply with respect to an individual described in subsection
(b)after the date of the retrocession under section 102 in the same manner and to the same extent as such Act applied with respect to the individual as of the day before such date. An individual described in this subsection is an individual with respect to whom an eligible entity under the Scholarships for Opportunity and Results Act awarded an opportunity scholarship under such Act for the school year during which the date of the retrocession under section 102 occurs.
