Section 806(c) of the Strom Thurmond National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999 ( 10 U.S.C. 3241 note prec.) is amended by striking , dated March 8, 1995 . Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall revise Department of Defense Directive 5160.65 to change the definition of conventional ammunition management in such directive to include as conventional ammunition one way lethal or non-lethal armed/attack unmanned aerial vehicle/system (UAV/UAS) .
