None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to acquire any information or communication technology, including computers, printers, and video conferencing equipment, from an entity— in which the People’s Republic of China have substantial ownership or controlling interest, directly or indirectly; that is a subsidiary or affiliate of an entity in which the People’s Republic of China have substantial ownership or controlling interest, directly or indirectly; or that is organized under the laws of or located in the People’s Republic of China and is to any law enacted by the government of the People’s Republic of China mandating the cooperation of such entity with any national defense or intelligence agency or organization of the People’s Republic of China or the Chinese Communist Part People's Liberation Army.
