Section 207 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1157 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: An alien who habitually resided in the Palestinian-administered territory within Judea and Samaria or Gaza, or who holds a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority, shall be ineligible for admission as a refugee and shall be ordered removed. In the case of an alien, who habitually resided in the Palestinian-administered territory within Judea and Samaria or Gaza, or who holds a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority whose status is adjusted to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence and who commits a crime of violence (as such term is defined in section 16(a) of title 18, United States Code), such status shall be rescinded. .
