Section 208(b)(2)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1158(b)(2)(A) ) is amended by— in clause (v), by striking or at the end; in clause (vi), by striking the period at the end and insert ; or ; and inserting the following new clause: the alien habitually resided in the Palestinian-administered territory within Judea and Samaria or Gaza, or who holds a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority. .
