The Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act ( Public Law 117–109 ; 136 Stat. 1154) is amended— by redesignating section 3 as section 4; and by inserting after section 2 the following: All products classified under chapter 27 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule that were produced at any refinery that uses crude oil originating in the Russian Federation shall be banned from importation into the United States. . Section 4 of the Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act ( Public Law 117–109 ; 136 Stat. 1154), as redesignated by subsection (a)(1), is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting or 3 after section 2 ; and in subsection (c)(1), by inserting or 3 after section 2 .
