Section 4(g) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 ( 16 U.S.C. 1533(g) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The removal of a species from a list published under subsection (c)(1) is not subject to judicial review during the period established under paragraph
(1)with respect to the species. .
