Section 4(c) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 ( 16 U.S.C. 1533(c) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 30 days after the date on which the Secretary makes a determination under paragraph (2)(B), the Secretary shall initiate a rulemaking to carry out such determination. .
