The following entities may sponsor the Challenge: A public or private school that provides education in any grade from kindergarten through grade 12. A Member of the House of Representatives or Senator who organizes a community-based event. An independent entity that provides testing for an eligible participant that attends a home school. The tests under section 2 shall be administered by a certified fitness professional.
