Section 101(e)(1) of the Claims Resolution Act of 2010 ( Public Law 111–291 ; 124 Stat. 3067) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking Settlement and inserting Settlement, and during the 10-year period beginning on the date of enactment of the ; and Honoring Promises to Native Nations Act in subparagraph (C), by adding at the end the following: In addition to amounts deposited in the Trust Land Consolidation Fund under clause
(i)and subparagraph (D), not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of the Honoring Promises to Native Nations Act , the Secretary of the Treasury shall deposit in the Trust Land Consolidation Fund $1,900,000,000. .
