Section 306C(e) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926c(e) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Subject to paragraph (2), there and inserting There ; in subparagraph (A), by adding and after the semicolon at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking ; and at the end and inserting a period; and by striking subparagraph (C); and in paragraph (2)— by striking paragraph (1)(C) and inserting this paragraph ; and by striking the paragraph designation and heading and all that follows through An entity and inserting the following:
Subject to subparagraph (B), for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter, there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000 to the Secretary to provide grants and loans under this section to benefit Indians and Indian Tribes (as those terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 5304 )). The amount made available under clause
(i)for fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter shall be adjusted annually to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. An entity .
