Congress finds that NASA FAR Supplement
(NFS)1852.242-72, Denied Access to NASA Facilities instructs that, for the period that NASA facilities were not accessible to contractor employees, the contracting officer may adjust the contract performance or delivery schedule, forego the work, reschedule the work, or consider requests for equitable adjustment to the contract.
