Any report or notice provided to Congress by NASA, shall be provided to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate, concurrently with its delivery to any other Committee or office. If NASA becomes a signatory to an international agreement concerning outer space activities, the Administrator shall provide to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives a report containing a copy of such agreement.
