Sec. 196. Authorization of appropriations to promote United States education, exchange, cultural, and the Fulbright-Hays Program

There is authorized to be appropriated, for each year of the 5-year period beginning on October 1, 2025, $20,000,000, to promote education, training, research, and foreign language skills through the Fulbright-Hays Program, in accordance with section 102(b) of the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2452(b) ).
