Section 346 of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1994 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(2)— in subparagraph (A)— in clause (i)(II), by inserting , to the extent practicable after April 1 of the fiscal year ; in clause (ii)(III), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 ; and in clause (iii), by inserting , to the extent practicable after September 1 of the fiscal year ; and in subparagraph (B)(iii), by inserting , to the extent practicable after April 1 of the fiscal year ; and by striking subsections
(c)and (d).
